Cancellation Policy

We at Soothe Space Massage understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide an adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment one time without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling Option: If a client cancels in advance according to policy, they may apply the payment toward a future appointment within 30 days.

Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. However, to maintain a smooth experience for all clients and ensure therapists are on schedule, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more that 10 minutes late may have their session shorted to accommodate other appointments, but full payment will still be required.

If arrival is 15 minutes or more late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation.

Health & Safety Policy

If a client is feeling unwell, they are encouraged to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Clients with contagious illnesses, open wounds, or recent surgeries may be asked to reschedule.

Soothe Space Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or professional reasons.

Payment & Refund Policy

No refunds. All payments are final. Refunds are not offered for missed appointments or unused sessions.

Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards Policy

Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, expire one year from the date of purchase, and are non-refundable.
